IGLC 2016 Rate: All Tree House options require you to share a bathroom with others within a 2-3 bedroom apartment.
Rates quoted below are for staying up to 7 nights total with the earliest check-in date of July 17, 2016 and the latest check-out date of July 24, 2016. Those who wish to extend their stay starting the evening of July 24, 2016 will need to make alternative accommodation arrangements.

Option 1: Share your bedroom with one other roommate (and share a bathroom with others in the apartment) – $400 per person for up to 7 nights total (July 17-24, 2016).
Have you found a roommate already? If so, please enter his/her name when you register. Make sure your roommate does the same if he/she is processing their housing reservation separately. Note that co-ed bedroom and apartment-sharing arrangements are permissible if requested by you and the other parties. However, if you do not enter a request for a roommate, we will pair you with a roommate of the same gender.

Option 2: Have your own bedroom (and share a bathroom with others in the apartment) – $500 per person for up to 7 nights total (July 17-24, 2016).
You may not “share” this option with another person. If you wish to share a bedroom with another roommate, please purchase two orders of the “shared bedroom” option listed above ($400 x 2 orders = $800 for two people to share one bedroom for one week – still a great deal!).
- Regardless if you share your bedroom or you have your own bedroom, you are welcome to coordinate with others to reserve the same apartment by processing your Tree House purchases around the same time through Eventbrite. Co-ed apartment-sharing arrangements are permissible if requested by you and the other parties. Otherwise, we will arrange for same-gender apartments if not indicated already.
In summary, this is how staying in the Tree House will work:

Bedroom 2 (Residents 3 and 4) for $400 x 2 = $800
Bathroom (shared by Residents 1, 2, 3, and 4)
OPTION 2 ($1,000 total) – (e.g., Apartments 607 and 807)
Bedroom 1 (Resident 1) for $500
Bedroom 2 (Resident 2) for $500
Bathroom (shared by Resident 1 and 2)
OPTION 3 ($1,500 total) – There are a few units that provide this option (e.g., Apartments 603 and 803)

Bedroom 3 (Resident 3) for $500
Bathroom (shared by Resident 1, 2 and 3)
