Perspectives from complex mechanical and electrical mega-projects located in the Australian bush and a Canadian downtown
Following on from previous research and implementation of Lean Construction methodologies by the speaker, this presentation describes two recent case studies of the implementation of Lean Construction methods on large and complex mechanical and electrical projects located in the Australian bush and a Canadian city centre mega-project. It describes the implementation from a practitioner’s perspective and outlines the barriers to implementation and how these were overcome, and finally outline the benefits realised from the implementation.
