Mark has a deeply held belief that TRO has a significant role to play in contributing to the transformation of healthcare through our design work. The firm’s mission, values and purpose are a reflection of who he is and what he believes in as a leader. He has a deep regard for people, placing significant emphasis on creating an environment that nurtures the personal and professional growth of everyone on the team.
Mark joined TRO in 1990 as a graduate engineer and has continuously advanced his career in a variety of roles. He has served as Chief Operating Officer, overseeing business operations, and as Director of the Engineering Department. Mark earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology from Wentworth University. He is a licensed professional engineer and a LEED Accredited Professional. In his spare time, Mark enjoys reading, coaching, spending time with family and training for his 11th Pan Mass Challenge ride.
