Neil Daly is the Outside Superintendent for the plumbing group at J.C. Cannistraro, the largest mechanical contracting company in the Boston area. Neil has more than twenty years of industry experience and oversees the field labor for all of Cannistraro’s plumbing projects. Emphasizing planning as well as lean scheduling and logistics, he plays a primary role in ensuring that each project is staffed to efficiently deliver on its safety, quality and operations goals. In his current role, Neil has experience working with specific lean tools such as “5 Whys,” “5S,” Last-Planner Scheduling, KaiNexus & modular prefabrication.
